He retired recently from Habib Bank Limited, Pakistan’s largest and most progressive bank, where he was Head of Strategy for the global bank. In this position he had direct responsibility of Marketing and Brand Management function, Human resources and Learning & Development. Mr. Siddiqui is a versatile banker trained with Bank of America, where he spent 16 years as Head of Corporate & Investment banking and has also served as the CEO for Habib Bank Limited’s gulf business, and head of International business for United Bank Limited, where he has spent over 12 years. During these years in the gulf he has cultivated strong customer relationships and is well versed with the business and financial issues in the market. He is known for his creativity and financial engineering & structuring skills and is a great resource for finding financial solutions for complex customer issues. He has an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management."

Mr. Ayan is a US qualified wealth management and financial advisory professional and holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority licenses SIE, Series 7, Series 63 & 66 administered by the North American Securities Administrators Association.

Mr. Ayan has professional working experience with global investment bank Morgan Stanley, Asset management giant The Vanguard Group, and the young dynamic “Fintech Robin Hood Markets Inc.”

He is Alma matter of the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University where he completed his bachelor’s in Business & Legal Studies. Thereafter he completed his Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law in London.

Mr. Ayan brings a wealth of well-rounded investment management experience with the top US financial services industry players, with a specialized educational background in business and law. He provides investment guidance to clients on portfolio strategies which mitigate investment risks. He is a diligent researcher and proficient in investment analysis of financial securities including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and other forms of alternative investments including exchange traded funds, foreign exchange, commodity futures, including derivative such as leveraged index funds, variable annuities, and binary options. He has also traded crypto currencies and is exploring his research into this asset class with the emergence of block chain technology.
