Mr. Siddiqui has over 30 years of rich and senior level banking experience, with Institutions with the lights of Bank of America. He retired from Habib Bank Limited, Pakistan’s largest and most progressive bank, where he was Head of Strategy for the global bank. In this position, he had direct responsibility for Marketing and Brand Management function, Human resources and Learning & Development. Mr. Siddiqui is a versatile banker trained with Bank of America, where he spent 16 years as Head of Corporate & Investment banking and has also served as the CEO for Habib Bank Limited’s gulf business, and Head of International Business for United Bank Limited, where he has spent over 12 years. During these years in the Gulf, he has cultivated strong customer relationships and is well versed in the business and financial issues in the market. He is known for his creativity, financial engineering & structuring skills and is a great resource for finding financial solutions for complex customer issues. He has an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
Mr. Ayan is a US-qualified wealth management and financial advisory professional, holding several Financial Industry Regulatory Authority licenses, including SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and 66. He has gained valuable experience working with leading institutions such as Morgan Stanley, The Vanguard Group, and Robinhood Markets Inc. A graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Mr. Ayan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business & Legal Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law in London. His background in business and law complements his extensive investment management experience in the US financial services industry. Mr. Ayan specializes in providing investment guidance on portfolio strategies that mitigate risks. He is a diligent researcher and skilled in analyzing various financial securities, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and alternative investments such as exchange-traded funds and commodities. Additionally, he is actively researching this asset class, especially emerging blockchain technology. His expertise allows him to offer comprehensive advice tailored to customer’s financial needs.
Mr. Choudri brings valuable experience in Pakistan's equity and futures markets, having been actively involved in the financial sector since 2012, following the demutualization of the National Stock Exchanges (Currently PSX). During his career, he has held key positions in marketing management, business development, and operations, showcasing his leadership capabilities. With extensive expertise in managing trading operations, developing effective trading strategies, and working with trading platforms, he plays a crucial role in driving organizational success. A graduate of the University of Portsmouth, Mr. Choudri combines academic knowledge with practical experience to navigate the complexities of the financial landscape effectively.
